|Recommended: YesOverall — Nice space to live in. The walls are pretty thin though so if you are in the first-floor bedroom of a four-person unit, you can unfortunately hear everything that happens in the living room and kitchen.

|Recommended: YesLove it here — I do love living here, everything is amazing The only thing that could be a complaint would be the gates, I picked College Town because I felt it would be safe and I feel like with the gates not closed at night it just makes me scared sometimes.
Thank you for the amazing review Reese. We do what we can to keep our gate secure at night, and we do also have security patrolling the grounds after hours and monitored cameras to help keep you safe. But if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to reach out.

|Recommended: YesThe beach houses of Coastal — If you're going to go to college right at the beach, why not live in a colorful house that looks like a beach house on the outside On the inside, the houses are very modern and clean. Pets are allowed, so you can bring your four-legged best friend down to school with you, for my puppy and I love having a house with a small yard and doggy door. If any appliance quits working or breaks, after submitting a simple maintenance request, staff will be there either later that day or the next to fix the problem. Come enjoy the view of the colorful houses and pond with fountains while laying in a hammock or beside the pool at College Town.
